“I first started training with Dorothy at the beginning of my first pregnancy. She was extremely attentive and worked with me throughout the entire pregnancy. I was probably in the best of my life when I delivered (which helped a lot). Post birth I felt great and confident as my toned body started to show through as the baby weight fell off. My abs had separated so Dorothy was tasked with getting my tummy back in shape and she was all over it with her special ability to push you while continuing to keep you motivated. “I initially took Pilates in search of a different method of staying in shape. Little did I know that it would benefit me in so many other ways. Using a mix of both classical and contemporary exercises, Dorothy’s expertise and guidance on correct alignment and execution, leading up to the various levels of transitions has greatly conditioned my body as a whole.
